Our facility in Ahmedabad utilizes secure network protocols and restricted physical access to ensure that sensitive partnership data remains within our corporate perimeter.

We adhere to all Indian data protection regulations relevant to partnership firms, ensuring that your business interactions with us are legally sound and protected.

1. Order Fulfillment

All packaging orders are subject to technical feasibility and raw material availability. Delivery timelines are estimates based on standard industrial lead times at our Bujarang facility.

2. Quality Standards

We guarantee that all woven materials meet the tensile strength and dimensions specified in the final contract. Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

3. Financial Obligations

Payment terms are established at the start of the partnership agreement. Standard billing cycles follow a 30-day window unless otherwise negotiated for high-volume recurring contracts.

4. Force Majeure

Dhanshri Wovenpack is not liable for delays caused by industrial strikes, raw material shortages, or national logistics disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

5. Dispute Resolution

As a partnership firm registered in Gujarat, all legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad.
